Project Brief: Project Coordinator - BRBCL Location: Nabinagar, Bihar Roles and Responsibilities • Coordination with team and BRBCL • Coordinating and scheduling the mobile medical unit. • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars and maintaining records. • Preparing reports, data and other required records • Conduct initial needs assessments and determine areas of assistance by MMU. • Conduct evaluation and monitoring of programs. • Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and submit relevant information to the reporting manager and donor The Program coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance activities in healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards. Understand and interpret standards and guidelines of labor room strengthening. Collaborate with various govt. departments to develop and update policies and procedures to meet quality requirements. Organize and provide training and education on quality assurance to staff, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel. Maintain and manage documentation related to quality standards, policies, and procedures. Act as a liaison with govt department and other external agencies involved in quality assurance. Timely Reporting to the Operation Manager Any other task/activities as may be assigned from time to time as per project requirements. Participate in the weekly and monthly review meetings to highlight the progress of the allocated hospitals. Require to have end to end understanding of QA Framework Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents Supervise the project procurement process Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has whats needed at the right time Assign tasks to team members and help them understand whats expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle Help project managers monitor project progress and team members performance and provide updates to project stakeholders Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping Support team members when implementing risk management strategies Laisoning with govt department and day to day meeting with stakeholders Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report as per timeline Prepare budget details and expenditure details as per the project needs Other tasks as per the project requirements Candidate Profile (Key Competencies & Skills): Bachelors degree in Arts/ BSW/MA/MSW/B.sc ( Nursing) or a related field with good knowledge in health .
