Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing projects. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Act as the Executive Assistant to the company owner and manage daily operational tasks. Coordinate with team members and assign tasks as per directions from the reporting head. Oversee and manage the company’s task management system for smooth project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships based on trust and performance. Work closely with digital marketing teams to align strategies with client goals and drive results. Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, optimization strategies, and issue resolutions. Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests by coordinating with internal departments. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; however, excellent English communication skills are a must. Previous experience in a customer-facing or coordination role (especially in digital marketing) is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
