Job Description

Job Responsibilities Schedule meetings with clients and manage multiple calendars and meetings. Maintain status documents including Gantt charts, action logs, and risk/issue logs using meeting notes. Utilize PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Planner to create and update project documentation. Follow up with team members on incomplete tasks and help clear roadblocks by identifying the right resources or additional actions needed to complete tasks. Provide regular status updates and create PowerPoint presentations for project reviews. Ensure effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders. Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management. Experience in agile, waterfall, and lean six sigma preferred. Project management certification is ideal. Most important is experience with traditional waterfall methodology. Experience using Microsoft project management tools, Monday.com, or Smartsheet. Ability to create PowerPoint status updates. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Comfort with using AI technology. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards?
