Job Description

1. Project Execution & Coordination: 1. Assign work to field electricians and monitor progress and update daily reports 2. Coordinate with clients, production, and sales teams for smooth execution. 3. Ensure timely material procurement and delivery to project sites. 4. Prepare the project execution plan after receiving work order and mobilise manpower and material 2. Site Planning & Documentation: 1. Conduct site visits, prepare site mapping drawings and measurement sheets. 2. Document site conditions and propose installation plans. 3. Share the site mapping details with business development team 3. Material & Resource Management: 1. Identify material requirements and arrange with the procurement team and production team. 2. Maintain an inventory of required installation equipment and components. 3. Ensure safety of team members at site and arrange necessary safety gadgets. 4. Team Management & Troubleshooting: 1. Guide field teams on installation and troubleshooting. 2. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines. 5. Reporting & Communication: ● Provide regular project status updates to management. ● Address any challenges in execution and suggest solutions. ● Maintain records of completed projects and customer feedback. ● On completion of the site, prepare the handover documents and handover the site in your presence to the client. ● After project handover, ensure the billing and track payment records and payment followup with BD team and clients.
