Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our customers, internal teams, and management. You will play a crucial role in keeping projects on track, within budget, and delivered to the highest quality standards. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Job Responsibility Responsibilities: Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project updates, timelines, and any potential roadblocks. Project Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing project tasks and deliverables based on client needs, business objectives, and resource availability. Task Assignment and Coordination: Assign tasks to appropriate team members, monitor progress, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, departments, and external stakeholders. Meeting Management: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, distribute meeting minutes, and track action items. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes. Generate regular project status reports for management and clients. Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders, and assist in developing and implementing solutions. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of project coordination processes and best practices. Coordination with Management: Provide regular updates to management on project status, risks, and opportunities. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
