Project Controller

Position: Project Controller
Location: Mumbai – Bhandup West
Experience: 5–7 years (Construction industry only)
Notice Period: Max 20 days
Target Companies: CBRE, Listen Lights, Capacity's Infra projects, Naris, Godrej, Cushman & Wakefield, or similar-tier firms.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and cost controls.
• Prepare project schedules, MIS reports, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and site teams.
• Verify vendor bills, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Track material usage, project milestones, and risk areas.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction project planning and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera.
• Excellent coordination and reporting skills.
• Experience in reputed construction/project management companies is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
