Job Description

Genrobotics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Project Associate Intern

to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. The Project Associate will assist the Project Manager in coordinating and managing various projects.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring R&D projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations.
Conduct research and analysis to support project development.
Track project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenditures.
Support the development and implementation of project strategies and plans.

Skills Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Added Advantage

Proficiency in project management software and tools and knowledge in engineering is a plus.
