Job Description: As a Project Architect, you will leverage your creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions for both architectural and interior design projects. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders daily, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Your role requires a balanced mix of creativity, design thinking, and problem-solving abilities, along with a strong sense of ownership for your projects. Role & responsibilities Develop design concepts that align with clients' preferences and requirements. Produce detailed drawings, select materials and finishes, and oversee the installation of designs. Manage diverse projects while collaborating with a diverse group of people. Communicate confidently with clients, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders. Lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables. Address and manage site issues related to design and detailing. Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Wear multiple hats and take on various responsibilities throughout the project journey. Maintain good knowledge of materials and their applications in design. Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years of work experience as an Architect and Interior Designer. B.Arch / M.Arch Degree Proven ability to manage and resolve site issues with respect to design and detailing. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
