Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect specializing in office fitouts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, planning, and overseeing the execution of commercial office fitout projects. They should possess strong architectural and project management skills, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with client requirements, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and documentation of office fitout projects. Develop innovative and functional office layouts that optimize space utilization and align with client objectives. Prepare architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and workplace safety standards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks to ensure project execution aligns with design intent. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently. Provide guidance on material selection, sustainability, and ergonomic workplace solutions. Oversee the coordination of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of office fitouts. Participate in design presentations and client meetings, effectively communicating ideas and solutions. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience. 7+ years of experience in commercial architecture, with at least 3+ years specializing in office fitouts . Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software . Strong understanding of office design principles, space planning, and workplace ergonomics . Experience working on corporate office spaces, coworking environments, and commercial interiors . Knowledge of local building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility standards . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address design and construction challenges . Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and team coordination. Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally conscious design approaches is a plus. Why Join Us?
