Role & responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of water treatment - chlorination systems and technologies Develop and optimize chlorination and water purification processes Conduct comprehensive technical assessments, engineering calculation, resource allocation prepare drawings Oversee research and development of innovative water treatment solutions Manage complex technical projects to implementation remotely and also visit site. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards Provide technical guidance to senior management Manage technical teams and provide mentorship Conduct technical audits and performance reviews Develop and maintain quality control processes Preferred candidate profile Educational Requirements B-Tech degree in Chemical,Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field Technical Qualifications Minimum 3-7 years of experience in water treatment industry or EPC companies Proven track record of successful project implementations Expert-level knowledge of: Water purification technologies Chlorination systems Advanced water treatment methodologies Skills and Competencies Advanced technical problem-solving abilities Execution skills Strategic thinking and not tactical thinking Multilingual communication capabilities preferred (advantage) Perks and benefits PF ESIC All routine festival holidays.
