Job Description: You will play a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate business records. This role involves entering, updating, and verifying data to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. Key Responsibilities &; Tasks: • Data Collection and Preparation: Gather data from various sources. Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems or databases ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Data Analysis: Analyse data using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and other analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Also Verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies. • Data Interpretation: Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights, focusing on the implications for business operations and decision-making. • Data Visualization: Present data findings in a clear and concise manner, using charts, graphs, and other visual tools to communicate insights effectively. Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity. • Data Retrieval: Organize and manage data files to ensure easy retrieval and access. • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, communicate data insights, and collaborate on data-driven projects. Also, ensure data consistency across departments. • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and data trends, providing insights to stakeholders as per management guidelines. Skills: Technical - • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software. • Strong typing speed and accuracy with experience with data analysis tools and techniques. Soft - • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. • Commitment to accuracy and precision. Education and Experience: • Graduation with studies in Statistics, Data Interpretation and Project management. • Additional training or certifications in data analysis are a plus. • 1-2 Years of Experience in EPC projects would be preferred.
