You will define project scope, monitor deliverables, and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead project planning and execution. - Ensure project scope and objectives are clearly defined. - Monitor project progress and address any issues. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Project planning and execution expertise. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
