The commitment extends to employees, clients, customers, work culture, and technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing, coding, and deploying high-performance applications. - Demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with solid technical abilities. - Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical personnel. - Applying strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Utilizing knowledge of SDLC from requirement analysis to testing and deployment. - Devising solutions to potential issues. - Developing and maintaining product knowledge. - Guiding clients through project stages and transitioning to support organization. - Reviewing existing business processes and participating in Process Improvement Program. **Qualification Required:** - Masters or bachelor's degree in Engineering (CSE / IT / MCA / Software) preferred. - Passionate fresher or less than 2 years of experience in Java applications. - Demonstrating intellectual humility, creativity, willingness to learn from mistakes, and the ability to uplift others. - Possessing excellent logical and analytical skills with integrated professionalism. - Strong knowledge in Java, Spring, Spring Boot (Mandatory), J2EE technologies, HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS. - Familiarity with Angular is a plus. - Being a team player with a thirst for knowledge, energy for a fast-paced environment, and a desire to grow in an entrepreneurial company.,
