Programmer Analyst

As a Programmer Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the programming and deployment of public opinion surveys, overseeing the entire process from its inception to completion. This position offers you the opportunity to work with a user-friendly survey platform dedicated to political data collection and analysis, as well as hands-on experience with JavaScript and HTML applications. We are seeking individuals who are adaptable, enthusiastic, and eager to expand their knowledge within our dynamic industry. Your primary responsibilities will include programming phone and online surveys utilizing our proprietary platform, engaging with multiple clients to understand programming requirements, and crafting unique programming solutions using HTML and JavaScript. Rigorous testing and quality checks of surveys will be essential to ensure precise programming, while analyzing skip logic in Excel will be crucial to verify accurate set-up before project launches to uphold data integrity. You will also be expected to troubleshoot and address programming changes promptly from both internal teams and external clients. To excel in this role, you should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with a basic understanding of HTML or JavaScript. Attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving are highly valued. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills, will be key to your success. Preferred qualifications include experience with Qualtrics or SAS, as well as familiarity with jQuery. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of 480,000.00 - 540,000.00 per year. The working schedule will be Monday to Friday with night shifts and weekend availability required.
