Role Overview

The Wonder School Learning Collective (TWSLC), Pune Mundhwa, seeks a facilitator (teacher) who embodies the school’s progressive, inclusive, and hands-on educational philosophy. Applicants should be enthusiastic about alternative education, supporting neurodiverse learners, and working in a vibrant, child-centered community.

The ability to build a secure, nurturing, and stimulating environment for students’ emotional, physical, and digital well-being.
Experience or willingness to work with children with diverse learning needs, including neurodiverse profiles.

Job Details

Role: Facilitator/Teacher (all subjects and specialties welcome)
Location: The Wonder School Learning Collective, Mundhwa, Pune
Timing: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 4 pm
Curriculum focus: NIOS, Progressive, Experiential, and Personalized Learning
Student focus: Both neurotypical and neurodiverse learners; flexible, project-based, and inclusive

Pay: ₹15,376.49 - ₹32,894.79 per month
