We are seeking a Programmatic Specialist with strong hands-on experience in executing, optimizing, and managing programmatic advertising campaigns across major DSP platforms. The ideal candidate will work with global stakeholders, analyze performance, and drive data-led outcomes across channels.

Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end programmatic campaigns (setup ? targeting ? bidding ? optimization ? reporting)

Manage and optimize campaigns on major DSPs (DV360 / TTD / Amazon DSP)

Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights

Define & track KPIs aligned with campaign goals

Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation & performance measurement

Troubleshoot delivery issues and apply platform best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution

Prepare advanced Excel and PowerPoint reports for clients/leadership

Requirements:

Full-time Graduate (Mandatory)

48 years of experience in Programmatic Advertising

Hands-on experience with at least one DSP: DV360 / TTD / Amazon DSP

Strong understanding of Display, Video, Programmatic & Audience Strategy

Proficiency in Advanced Excel & PowerPoint

Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Experience across 2+ DSPs

Exposure to analytics, attribution & audience segmentation

Experience working with global clients or enterprise campaigns
