Job Title: Programmatic Ad Sales Executive Department: Digital Sales / Media Sales Location: [Insert Location or Remote] Reports To: Sales Head / Programmatic Business Lead Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and digitally-savvy Programmatic Ad Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling programmatic advertising solutions to media buyers, brands, agencies, and DSPs. The candidate will play a key role in building relationships, educating clients on our ad tech capabilities, and closing performance-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pitch programmatic advertising solutions (display, video, native, CTV, etc.) to media agencies, trading desks, and brand advertisers Drive awareness of NewsVoir’s programmatic capabilities including inventory access, targeting, audience segments, and data partnerships Generate leads and build a consistent pipeline of high-value clients across key verticals Work closely with the ad ops and campaign delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign performance Collaborate with the product/tech team to customise solutions or integrate client needs Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and ROI reports for prospects and ongoing clients Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine positioning and improve pitch outcomes Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and contribute to business development strategy Required Skills & Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital or programmatic ad sales Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, RTB, audience targeting Prior experience working with platforms like DV360, TradeDesk, MediaMath, or similar DSPs Existing relationships with digital media buyers, agencies, and brand managers is a strong plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Comfortable with data-driven selling and performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, viewability, etc.) Nice to Have: Experience in selling native or branded content alongside programmatic Familiarity with campaign reporting dashboards, post tagging, and ad-serving workflows Knowledge of industry tools like MOAT, IAS, Comscore, or Google Ad Manager Compensation: Competitive salary + commission structure (based on targets achieved) Incentives for quarterly/annual overperformance Reimbursements: Travel / Mobile as applicable Work Mode: Hybrid or Remote (depending on location) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Experience: Programmatic advertising: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
