Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle across APAC regions (primarily Singapore and Hong Kong), including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and hiring forecasts to build an effective recruitment strategy.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor networks) ensuring a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessment to evaluate candidates technical, functional, and cultural fit.
  • Manage offer processes, salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leads.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on market trends, talent availability, and best hiring practices.
  • Provide regular updates and dashboards on hiring progress, challenges, and timelines.

Collaboration & Vendor Management

  • Liaise closely with internal recruitment operations, onboarding, and HR support teams to ensure seamless hiring workflows.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and agencies from briefing them on roles to monitoring performance and ensuring quality candidate submissions.
  • Evaluate vendor effectiveness and negotiate terms as needed to ensure cost-effective and efficient hiring.

Market Insights & Process Excellence

  • Keep abreast of hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movements across Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a superior candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data on applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure all hiring activities comply with internal policies and regional labor regulations.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience in APAC, preferably Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven experience collaborating across internal teams and managing external recruitment vendors.
  • Good understanding of regional hiring trends, visa/work pass regulations, and compensation structures.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
