We are seeking a proactive Program Specialist to support a Knowledge Exchange program focused on improving employee and customer experiences. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple teams to enhance knowledge sharing, drive adoption of AI tools, and optimize self-service and assisted support solutions. The position involves managing knowledge platforms, analyzing metrics, and implementing best practices for knowledge management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and contributing to initiatives that have a direct impact on organizational success. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel for in-person collaboration.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to support knowledge management initiatives
- Advocate and promote knowledge sharing across operations, onboarding, compliance, and customer support teams
- Analyze usage, feedback, and data to prioritize improvements in knowledge and self-service experiences
- Create reports and metrics to track adoption, usage, and success of knowledge programs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging automation and AI tools
- Configure and maintain knowledge management platforms, including CMS and support tools
- Lead initiatives to implement new features and processes that enhance program effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience participating in or leading a knowledge management (KCS) program
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams
- Experience managing platforms and analyzing data to inform program decisions
- Proactive communicator with strategic thinking and attention to current operations
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Zendesk, Looker, Salesforce, Confluence, G Suite, LucidChart, Airtable, or similar
- KCS certification (v6) preferred, with operational or analytical experience in large organizations as a plus
