Program & Project Management Specialist

As a Program & Project Management Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Category Governance initiatives and programs across global procurement teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in updating Category Governance frameworks, templates, and guidance materials for the Category community. - Supporting the adoption of Category Governance standards and best practices. - Collaborating with Category, SRM, and allied functions on Category Governance initiatives. - Tracking and reporting category and supplier management KPIs and compliance metrics. - Preparing regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders. - Participating in reviews of category and supplier management activities. - Organizing stakeholder feedback sessions and consolidating inputs for action planning. - Contributing to governance improvement initiatives by collecting insights and proposing enhancements. - Supporting the Office of the CEO briefing process by compiling 360 supplier summaries. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-7 years of experience in procurement process and project management - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills - Analytical expertise with a strong understanding of procurement policies and processes - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Good to have skills: - Knowledge of Procurement Strategy, Category Management, and Supplier Relationship Management - Experience with procurement tools and systems such as Ariba, Coupa, SAP, BI - Familiarity with Risk Management and Sustainable Procurement (ESG) At our company, Accenture, we value individuals with a working knowledge of Procurement policies, processes, and tools, as well as strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
