Job requirements At Atlys , we’re redefining how travelers book visas globally. We're hiring a data-driven operations leader to head our Visa Appointment function across Schengen India, Schengen International, the US, the UK, and Latin America. As the Head of Visa Appointments , you’ll lead a high-performing team to ensure seamless, timely, and error-free visa appointment processes—aligned with Atlys’ promise of exceptional customer experience. The Job End-to-End Operations Oversight: Lead and manage all visa appointment-related workflows from our Delhi office, ensuring on-ground teams are aligned and performance-driven. Data-Driven Execution: Build and maintain dashboards to track SLAs, TATs (Turnaround Times), and appointment fulfillment metrics. Use insights to identify gaps and implement process improvements. Process Ownership & Optimization: Standardize and scale visa appointment operations across regions. Continuously audit systems and workflows to reduce inefficiencies and ensure timely delivery. Quality & Compliance Management: Implement quality checks and compliance protocols to eliminate errors and ensure alignment with consulate/embassy guidelines and internal SOPs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tech, CX, and Customer Success teams to ensure appointment booking operations are integrated with broader business goals. Performance Reviews & Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a high-ownership team culture that thrives on excellence and accountability. Strategic Thinking: Anticipate regional challenges, plan for peak demand, and scale operations to support growth across new geographies or visa types. The Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in fulfilment, control tower, or operations leadership—ideally with experience scaling complex, multi-region processes in a startup environment. Demonstrated success in managing teams across functions and geographies. Bachelor's/Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. Strong analytical mindset; advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (SQL/Python a bonus). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
