As a highly experienced Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end governance and execution of a CRM implementation program in a financial services environment. Your role is crucial in ensuring strategic alignment, timely delivery, and effective communication across all program stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the overall program governance for CRM implementation in a financial services organization. - Develop and manage a comprehensive program plan, covering timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Maintain full visibility of all workstreams under the CRM program, ensuring coordinated execution. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and scope issues to keep the program on track. - Facilitate effective and timely stakeholder communication, including executives, project managers, department heads, and vendors. - Drive Program Steering Committee (PSC) meetings to review progress and ensure strategic alignment. - Monitor and track progress across all sub-projects, alerting leadership to variances or delays. - Lead Change Control Board (CCB) activities to avoid scope creep and ensure structured change management. - Develop and implement change management strategies for people, platforms, and processes. - Ensure CRM program delivery aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and business goals. Required Experience: - 10+ years of experience in Program Management, specifically within CRM implementations in financial institutions. - Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. - Experience in risk management, project tracking tools, and program governance frameworks. - Knowledge of change management and enterprise IT delivery practices. Preferred Qualifications: - PMP / PgMP / Prince2 Certification. - Prior experience working in banking or financial services CRM projects. - Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms.
