This role involves coordinating engineering, technical, and procurement activities across various teams and managing program-level risks and issues. End to End program management and launch management to deliver product to market Good understanding of Program Delivery lifecycle (PDLC) Strong dependency management management within the team and with x-platform teams Plan and conduct steercos to effectively share portfolio updates and flag issues with leadership to receive support Strong leadership principles skills - Work Customer Back, Win Together and good collaboration with stakeholders
Essential Responsibilities:
- Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers.
- Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage program budgets and financials.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
Expected Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment.
Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications
As a program manager, you manage end to end programs and bring overall visibility into program delivery ensuring governance structures and timely execution. You will lead periodical business reviews and program steering committees; work with core team to share progress on OKRs. You align the needs and timelines of portfolios by driving program planning, execution, governance (steering committee, business reviews) and go-to market to manage programs deliverables, dependencies, risks & issues. You facilitate data driven decision making by tracking, measuring, and visualizing key metrics across the org, and by coordinating all activities from goal setting to launch. You bring process and execution best practices, resolving complex roadblocks and / or dependencies.
