JOB DETAIL You will be working with Global OEM companies in the areas of Aerospace and Defence, supporting them to industrialize their new project and execute the regular production schedules as per customer needs. You will be working in our factory in Ernakulum (Cochin, Kerala) having capabilities of Electronics manufacturing assembly & high level mechanical integration. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support and guide cross functional team of Engineering/Quality/Supply Chain/ Planning/ Production/ Logistics to prioritise activities and ensure that all activities within the program are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements Prepare sales plan and drive cross functional team to achieve the plan Tracking the overall status of projects and timely updates to internal teams and customers Coordinate cross-project activities Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities Apply change, risk and resource management Assume responsibility for the program people and vendors Inventory management Prepare program updates and summary to management JOB QUALIFICATION B.Tech or equivalent qualifications (preferably Mechanical /Electronics/Electrical) Two to ten years of experience in Planning/Supply chain/program management in a manufacturing industry Preferred to have MBA or any Project management certifications like PMP Preferred to have ISO 9001 or similar certification as internal /external auditor JOB SKILLS Program Management Customer Relationship Management Operations Management Quality Management Team Building Adaptive Quick learner Self-starter Multi tasker problem solver good logical reasoning KPI Customer On-Time Delivery (Customer Performance Index) Customer Satisfaction Index Sales Plan vs Actual Inventory reduction /Inventory turns
