What You Will Own

This role, within Tallys Product Management and Engineering functions, requires end-to-end ownership of projects across the product lifecycle from ideation to release and customer feedback. The individual should thrive in ambiguity, motivate teams, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while driving process improvements. We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong communication skills, proven product development experience, and the ability to balance detail with the bigger picture.

Experience You Should Bring

End to end program management:

• We are looking for an individual with strong project execution skills and hands-on experience in Program/Project Management, preferably within a software product company, to be the driving force in delivering key projects.
• Hands on experience in driving projects from ideation, prototyping, design, development, testing, GTM, and launch.
• Hands on experience in leading cross-functional project teams (product, engineering, sales, marketing.) through the project life cycle leading to timely launch.
• Hands on experience in working with cross functional teams to create project plans, drive daily standups, plan and monitor day to day tasks.
• Always has an eye on schedule, quality, dependencies, risks and drives mitigation where required.
• Experience in driving organization initiatives and implementing operational processes.

Stakeholder management:

• Acts as the primary point of contact between leadership, business teams, and delivery teams.
• Communicates progress, risks, and changes with transparency to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Manages priorities and facilitates decision-making.

Processes, Methodology, Tools:

• Experienced in project management processes, methods, tools, e.g. dashboards, reports, checklists, etc. Experience in JIRA is a plus.
• Ability to keep the team together and motivated towards timely delivery without compromise on quality.
