Program Manager

Role Description:-

At Tyroo, we are building the largest AdTech platform for growth in APAC, partnering with global leaders like Outbrain, Criteo, Pinterest, and CJ. As an Associate – Strategy / Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-backed strategic initiatives, supporting leadership in decision-making, and identifying market opportunities across multiple geographies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve business performance, enhance processes, and support our growth agenda.

What you will do:-

● Analyze business performance, operating models, and market conditions to guide decision-making.
● Research industry trends and competitor activities to deliver actionable insights.● Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities.● Understand requirements, design relevant analyses, and provide strategic recommendations.● Work with large datasets to uncover trends and enable data-driven decisions.● Contribute to improving product offerings and market penetration strategies.● Assess and optimize processes for better efficiency.● Support due diligence and integration efforts for collaborations.● Track, measure, and report progress on strategic initiatives, highlighting achievements and learnings.

Candidate Requirements:-

● Experience: 3–5 years in strategy, consulting, program management, or business analysis.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).● Skills:1. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.2. Experience in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.3. Strong research and financial modelling capabilities.● Mindset: Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹1,400,000.00 per year
