Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a driven and strategic Program Manager (Public Affairs) to lead cross-sector programs, build high-impact partnerships, and engage with government and institutional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring experience in public policy, stakeholder management, and program execution. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder & Government Engagement Build and manage relationships with internal teams, government officials, and institutional partners. Work closely with senior bureaucrats, elected representatives, and policy stakeholders. Align diverse interests to ensure successful program outcomes. Program & Strategic Management Design and execute strategic programs in collaboration with public and private stakeholders. Monitor program timelines, impact, and deliverables. Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure strategic alignment. Documentation & Communication Draft policy briefs, concept notes, MoUs, proposals, and presentations. Translate complex policy and technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation. Lead the creation of grant proposals and program reports. Requirements 4–6 years in public affairs, government engagement, or related roles Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills Strong project management experience in dynamic environments Postgraduate degree in Public Policy/Social Sciences (preferred) Open to travel as required Skills: writing,program execution,public policy,public affairs,project management,documentation,stakeholder management,strategic management,communication Show more Show less
