Role: Program Manager


Role Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent Facilio platform implementations across diverse client portfolios. This role ensures seamless deployment, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness, while driving strategic outcomes and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Oversight

  • Lead and coordinate multiple Facilio implementation projects across clients and verticals.
  • Define program objectives, scope, and success metrics aligned with client and internal business goals.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops, UAT sessions, and governance meetings to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
  • Drive adoption of the Facilio platform across client teams, vendors, and operational users.

Deployment & Delivery Management

  • Oversee the configuration, testing, and go-live of the Facilio platform, ensuring readiness of test and production environments.
  • Coordinate data migration, system integration, and user onboarding activities.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are approved by relevant stakeholders.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and blockers that could impact project timelines or quality.
  • Maintain a proactive issue tracker and lead resolution efforts across internal and client teams.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage cross-functional teams including Product team, Engineering Team, Business Analysts, Implementation Consultants, and Support Engineers.
  • Provide direction, mentorship, and escalation support throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software deployment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale implementations simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of CMMS, or facilities management platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
