Role & responsibilities

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across partner universities and internal teams including applications, offers, and conversion metrics.
• Provide timely, actionable performance reports to internal leadership.
• Identify performance gaps and lead on-ground interventions such as incentive programs and outreach plans.

Process & Operational Excellence

• Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline coordination among cross-functional teams.
• Ensure effective and timely communication between internal stakeholders.

Growth & Strategic Initiatives

• Contribute to strategic reviews, proposals, and program pitches in collaboration with internal teams.
• Drive the expansion of initiatives like

  to new regions and universities, ensuring consistent service delivery and value creation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics or management.
• 35 years of experience in

  Program Management

  B2B Operations

• Strong proficiency in

  for reporting and analytics.
• Prior experience in the
