This requirements is WORK FROM OFFICE (WFO) only Work Location: Bangalore We prefer immediate joiners only (maximum 1 week time) This is Direct Pay-roll of our Client and for Permanent Position only Role Objectives: Program Manager will act as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution. Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the program to align with strategic objectives. Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively. Ensure resource allocation is optimized and aligned with business priorities. Track and report program performance metrics, milestones, and key deliverables. Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project managers and team members. Foster collaboration and innovation within the program team. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
