Key Responsibilities Program Ownership : Drive end-to-end program management for complex product/platform initiatives involving cross-functional teams. Deliver features, systems, and client-facing projects on time, within scope, and with high quality. Delivery Leadership : Manage delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies across teams (engineering, product, QA, operations). Track milestones, define clear KPIs, and drive stakeholder alignment at every phase. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the point-of-contact across product, design, engineering, QA, DevOps, customer success, and business. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Agile & Process Excellence : Champion agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban), OKRs, and delivery metrics. Bring structure, cadence, and accountability into the engineering org. Customer-Centric Execution : Translate client requirements into delivery milestones. Be the delivery face to clients during onboarding and implementation. Manage escalations and client SLAs proactively. Must-Have Qualifications Experience : 3+ years of overall work experience. Minimum 3 years in program/project management in a tech-first organization or high-growth startup. Experience leading agile delivery programs across engineering + product. Technical Understanding : Strong grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), APIs, microservices. Ability to converse fluently with engineers and product managers. Communication : Executive-level written and verbal communication. Confidence in owning meetings with leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders. Tools : JIRA, Confluence, Gantt Charts, Agile Boards, Excel, Google Sheets. Good to Have Education : B.Tech or technical degree Preferred. Certifications : PMP, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, SAFe – any delivery/PM certification is a bonus. Client-Facing Experience : Bonus if experience includes handling B2B clients in implementation or onboarding phases. Show more Show less
