About the Role As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of key programs, ensuring alignment across teams and external partners. You will coordinate multiple functions, track program milestones, manage third-party relations, and oversee the launch of new initiatives. Additionally, you will keep a close watch on relevant market APIs and industry developments to create business synergies. Key Responsibilities: Program Execution: Lead and manage programs from planning to go-live, ensuring smooth execution across teams. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Operations, Risk, Tech, and Business teams to streamline processes. Checklist Process Management: Create and maintain detailed checklists to track program readiness and completion. Market API Industry Tracking: Identify and evaluate relevant APIs, fintech trends, and third-party solutions to enhance business capabilities. Stakeholder Third-Party Management: Engage with external partners, vendors, and service providers to facilitate program success. Follow-ups Reporting: Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and reporting on program progress and challenges. Ad-hoc Monthly Processes: Manage ongoing initiatives, process optimizations, and new program launches based on business needs. Key Skills Qualifications: Bachelors/Master s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Min 1 Year experience in program management, project coordination, or business operations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of fintech APIs, payment flows, or financial processes is a plus. Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar) is an advantage.
