Job Description

Act as the Program Manager for multiple project streams, overseeing the Agile Scrum processes and ensuring efficient delivery. Manage and coordinate activities across various teams, including the QA team, to meet project objectives and timelines. Responsibilities: Agile Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. QA Team Management: Directly manage the QA team, ensuring timely testing and quality assurance activities throughout the development lifecycle. Coordinate with QA leads to prioritize testing efforts and address any issues or bottlenecks. Daily Reporting: Generate and distribute daily status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, impediments, and upcoming tasks. Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and dependencies, facilitating transparency and decision-making. Active Team Member: Actively participate in project activities, contributing insights and expertise to drive continuous improvement. Lead by example, promoting Agile values and principles within the team and the organization. Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Continuous Improvement: Champion process improvements and best practices within the Agile framework. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to enhance team productivity and effectiveness. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans. Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of lessons learned for future reference and improvement. Conflict Resolution: Facilitate resolution of conflicts and issues within the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Mediate discussions and negotiations to reach consensus and alignment on project goals and priorities.
