Program Manager - Driver Excellence Battery Smart is looking for a strategic and data-driven Program Manager to join our Driver Excellence vertical. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensure efficient, high-quality program execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the company's strategic direction and make a significant impact on its growth and operational efficiency. What You Will Do: Driver Experience Management Enhance driver engagement by optimizing app features and ensuring seamless processes. Develop and implement initiatives that improve the overall driver experience. Work closely with product and tech teams to identify and resolve app-related issues for drivers. Gather and act on feedback to improve driver satisfaction and loyalty. Program Strategy and Execution Develop comprehensive program strategies that align with company objectives. Execute data-driven programs with defined KPIs, timelines, and budgets. Monitor program impact through structured reporting and make recommendations for improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) for seamless program rollout. Analytical Insights and Decision Support Use data analytics to drive decisions and refine strategies for driver experience and profitability. Build dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics and operational efficiency. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend innovative solutions. What You Will Need: Experience: 3+ years in Consulting, Strategy, Program Management or similar fields with a proven ability to drive data-driven decisions. Education: IIT/IIM or similar qualifications required. Program & Process Management: Strong experience in program and process management, including process design and optimization. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. (SQL is a Plus) Communication & Leadership: Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams. Why Battery Smart?
