This department leads the transformation of India’s AI talent ecosystem through outcome-driven learning, global certifications, and applied project experience.

Role Overview

The Program Manager – AI (Emerging Tech Stack) will lead the planning, design, delivery, and academic quality of all Artificial Intelligence–related programs under the Emerging Tech Stack. The role involves managing trainers, ensuring curriculum excellence, driving innovation, and maintaining strong coordination between technology, academic delivery, and student success teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all academic and operational functions of AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI programs.
• Ensure alignment of Technovalley programs with global standards and certifications (IBM, Oracle, CompTIA, etc.).
• Manage trainers, mentors, and subject matter experts under the AI division.
• Continuously evaluate and upgrade curricula, labs, and learning materials to match industry evolution.
• Coordinate with the Digital Creative and Marketing teams for promotions and awareness campaigns.
• Ensure student satisfaction and placement success through continuous engagement and mentoring.
• Represent Technovalley AKS at academic panels, conferences, and institutional partnership meetings.
• Collaborate with the corporate consulting wing to align AI programs with industry skill needs.
• Monitor performance metrics including student progress, trainer efficiency, and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in program management, training, or technology consulting in AI/ML domains.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and global certification ecosystems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing large academic or corporate learning projects.
• Proficiency with tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Power BI, OpenAI APIs, and LMS platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in academic administration or managing international certification programs.
• Exposure to emerging AI applications—Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Ability to conduct technical webinars, workshops, and trainer mentoring sessions.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven program improvement approach.
