Job Description

Project Management: Drive end-to-end global localization projects (up to 30 locales), working closely with internal teams and external vendors. Handle project coordination and timelines, and maintain clear communication channels for reporting progress, risks, and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
Linguistic Quality: Participate in and improve the quality assurance process in partnership with internal teams and vendors. Maintain and optimize translation assets including TMs, term bases and style guides, while tracking quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Tools Process improvement: Leverage and optimize Machine Translation and LLM solutions within the localization workflow. Support MT engine training and fine-tuning while effectively utilizing CAT tools and translation management systems. Assist in evaluating and implementing new localization technologies and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Documentation Standards: Create and maintain comprehensive localization process documentation. Support the evangelization and implementation of content and code internationalization best practices with stakeholders
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with vendors and internal teams including content creators, marketing, engineering, product, design and programming toensure smooth project execution and workflow improvement.
