Program Management Support and Reporting

As a Program Management Support and Reporting professional, your role will involve engaging with stakeholders at all levels to drive timeline achievability, monitor the program, and report independently on various projects within S&P Global's divisions and functions. You will be responsible for creating Smartsheet/PowerBI/Tableau based dashboards for visual program monitoring and reporting, as well as conducting routine program validation to ensure project alignment and health. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring, governing, and reporting on the program's progress - Collaborating with team leads to enhance project plans for successful execution - Facilitating communication and collation of materials for S&P leadership visibility and approval - Identifying and mitigating execution risks across teams and projects - Preparing content and presentation slides for program updates to S&P leadership and board of directors - Supporting the team in executing project management responsibilities Your qualifications for this role should include: - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in tools like Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Tableau - Experience in program management and reporting - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Agility to adapt to ad-hoc responsibilities Please note that the shift timing for this role is from 4 PM to 1 AM IST.,
