Job Description

Position Summary We're seeking an experienced Program Management professionals to drive cross-functional initiatives that expand our logistics aggregation capabilities, optimize our technology platform, and improve the end-to-end shipping experience for our merchants and their customers Key Responsibilities Implement and track logistics program initiatives under the guidance of senior team members Coordinate cross-functional workstreams between Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams Create and maintain project documentation including timelines, action items, and status reports Conduct data analysis to measure program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities Assist with carrier onboarding processes and integration testing Monitor operational KPIs and highlight performance issues requiring attention Support stakeholder communications and prepare materials for program reviews Help troubleshoot escalated shipping issues that impact multiple merchants Contribute to process standardization and best practices across the program management function Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in program management, in logistics aggregation, e-commerce logistics, or shipping services Knowledge of API concepts and integration basics Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools like Jira etc Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making Exceptional communication skills for managing both internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Role & responsibilities.
