Programme Lead, Cultural Action Resource Centre Salary: Rs 4.8-5.4 LPA Location: Hyderabad and Sangareddy, Telangana Last date to apply: May 25th, 2025. Responsibilities Curating performances, creative workshops, productions, dialogues, festivals, exhibitions, diversity celebrations. Design, plan and implement multi-modal cultural events Collaborations with artists and cultural groups Local history, culture and biodiversity archival projects Specific creative learning events with Schools Managing social media Fund Raising Qualifications Graduate in Creative Arts, Cultural Studies, Social Science or a related field Minimum 2 years experience working in teams, collaborative approach and creative engagement with communities Willingness to travel in rural Telangana near the centre Creative communication skills to manage social media Fluency in English and Telugu Documentation and reporting skills Passion to work with diverse marginalized communities Commitment to Social Justice Flexibility and Adaptability - comfortable navigating dynamic, evolving cultural spaces Proficiency in MS Office and designing tools like Canva and Photoshop How to apply Please send your resume along with a cover letter explaining, "Why do you believe you are the right fit for this role?
