Job Description

As a Program Implementation Associate/Science Trainer at STEM Learning in Delhi, you will be responsible for various key areas to ensure successful program implementation and impact assessment. Your role will involve the following: - Training & Development: - Train teachers on Physics concepts and pedagogy. - Conduct demonstrations and plan impactful sessions. - Develop engaging and effective content. - Program Implementation: - Facilitate knowledge sharing and ongoing support. - Encourage interactive communication with stakeholders. - Identify schools, create MIS reports, and obtain permissions for program implementation. - Conduct school-based activities such as client engagement events and science competitions. - Monitoring & Impact Assessment: - Analyze program impact and document implementation. - Recognize talent and document success stories. - Maintenance & Support: - Maintain MSC models and resources. - Address corporate requirements and ensure timely report writing. - Report Writing: - Draft training, activity, and implementation reports. - Compile client progress reports. - Relationship Building: - Build and maintain positive relationships with schoolteachers and staff. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics (B.Sc/M.Sc). - B.Ed completed or in progress is an added advantage. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Please note that candidates should have their own laptop. Selection criteria for this position include: - Experience in training students or teachers in Physics concepts. - Proficiency in regional language(s). - Effective communication skills.
