Position: Full-time

Through our initiatives, we aim to inspire individuals and communities to contribute positively towards nation-building and upliftment of society.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination:
  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of foundation programs and events.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and volunteers to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
  • Prepare program reports, documentation, and updates for internal and external communication.
  • Outreach & Communication:
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, institutions, and community stakeholders.
  • Assist in outreach campaigns to expand the foundation’s impact and presence.
  • Draft outreach material, press notes, and communication for various initiatives.
  • Social Media & Digital Presence:
  • Manage and grow the foundation’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos aligned with the foundation’s vision.
  • Handle social media optimization (SMO), community engagement, and analytics.
  • Design & Communication Support:
  • Design posters, newsletters, presentations, and reports using Canva and other design tools.
  • Edit photos and videos to create visually impactful communication material.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all digital and offline materials.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain program-related data, databases, and reports.
  • Provide support in logistics, event management, and coordination tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, Management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Canva / design tools, photo editing, and basic graphic designing.
  • Proficiency in managing social media accounts, content creation, and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for social impact, sewa, and community development.
