educational institutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator & Workshop Facilitator to lead program execution,

student engagement, and workshop delivery in the Vijayawada region.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs including Youth Hubs, PYGX exposure sessions, PURE Femme, soft

skills workshops, and design thinking modules.

• Facilitate workshops for students in colleges and higher secondary institutions.
• Liaise with principals, faculty coordinators, and student leaders.
• Manage weekly Youth Hub meetings and student project teams.
• Track KPIs including attendance, workshop delivery, and student engagement.
• Support reporting, documentation, and basic dashboard updates.
• Assist in outreach campaigns, content documentation, and field coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Experience in facilitation, youth work, or community development preferred.
• Ability to manage events independently and multitask effectively.
• Basic proficiency with presentation tools and documentation.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience. Travel reimbursements provided.
