Program Associate

Key Responsibilities: - Support and track planning, risk mitigation, and execution of development and production for EV components. - Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams for smooth program execution. - Monitor R&D and pilot production projects progress, maintain documentation, and provide status reports. - Facilitate internal meetings, update on deliverables, risks, and bottlenecks. - Support customer management, including documentation exchange and milestone tracking. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory/compliance requirements for EV parts. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. - Candidates with up to 3-6 years of relevant experience in sales, technical support, or related roles.
