Positions Available:
• Professor – Management
• Assistant Professor – Management
(One or multiple openings; specify number if known.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in management (e.g., Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour, Marketing, Finance, HR Mgt, Business Analytics)
• Develop curriculum, prepare course materials, and engage students in teaching-learning activities
• Conduct research, publish in reputed journals and present at conferences
• Supervise student projects, dissertations and theses
• Contribute to department/service activities, industry-academic linkage, community outreach
• For Professor level: lead department initiatives, mentor junior faculty, contribute to institutional strategy
Qualifications:
Assistant Professor:
• Master’s degree in Management/Business Administration or related field; preferably a Ph.D. or advanced research credentials
• Some teaching experience (undergraduate/graduate) and evidence of research interest
• Good communication, teaching and interpersonal skills
Professor:
• Ph.D. in Management/Business Administration or equivalent in a related discipline
• A strong record of teaching, research publications, grants, and academic leadership
• Proven ability to lead academic initiatives, mentor faculty and students, and build industry/academic partnerships
Desired Skills and Attributes:
• Strong command over subject matter and ability to engage with contemporary business/management issues
• Ability to design and deliver courses in modern formats (blended, online)
• Experience with research methodology, data analytics, case study methods
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, commitment to institutional goals
• Willingness to work with industry, consultancy, start-ups, or research centres if applicable
