As a Professor at the Department of Hotel Management at Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur, your role will involve contributing to the academic excellence and industry-aligned education provided by the university. You will be part of a team of distinguished faculty members dedicated to fostering intellectual growth, ethical values, and social responsibility among nearly 10,000 domestic and international students. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate teaching excellence by effectively imparting knowledge, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum design and development. - Showcase a strong publication record in reputed journals, actively engage in research, consultancy, or industry collaboration within the hospitality or tourism domains. - Lead academic initiatives, guide junior faculty members, and contribute to institutional growth through innovative pedagogical and research approaches. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adopt a student-centric approach, and create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications & Requirements: - Ph.D. in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a closely related discipline is mandatory. - Minimum 15 years of overall experience, including 5 years in teaching at a recognized university or institution, and 5 years post-PhD experience in relevant academic or industry roles.
