Job Location- Alagappapuram, Karaikudi

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Professors across multiple medical departments. The ideal candidate should have strong academic, clinical, and research expertise, with a commitment to teaching, mentoring, and contributing to institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate medical students using modern teaching methodologies.
  
• Develop lesson plans, academic modules, and practical sessions aligned with the curriculum.
  
• Guide postgraduate dissertations, research activities, and student projects.
  
• Conduct clinical duties, ward rounds, and OPD/IPD services (as applicable to the department).
  
• Ensure high-quality patient care following institutional and regulatory standards.
  
• Participate in academic committees, departmental meetings, and accreditation processes.
  
• Publish research papers in indexed journals and contribute to academic innovation.
  
• Support faculty development programs and mentor junior faculty members.
  
• Maintain records, evaluation reports, and academic documentation as required.
  

Required Candidate Profile

• MD/MS/DNB in the relevant specialty from a recognised university.
  
• Minimum

  8-12 years of teaching/clinical experience

  as per NMC norms.
• Strong academic, research, and clinical background in the respective department.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  
• Ability to handle administrative duties and contribute to institutional development.
