Job Description

Educational Qualification : M.Sc. (Nursing) with/without PhD. in concerned speciality Experience: 12 years of total teaching experience in nursing college(s) after M.Sc 10 yrs. Desirable : 1. Good knowledge of Computer Applications ( MS-OFFICE, Google Classroom, Google forms, Google Spreadsheet, E-learning platforms etc.) 2. Good command over teaching in English as well as Hindi Language Key Responsibility : Teaching & Curriculum Development Deliver high-quality lectures, practical demonstrations, and clinical training in nursing subjects. Design and update course curriculum as per regulatory guidelines (INC/University norms). Guide students in research, projects, and case studies. Student Mentorship & Guidance Provide academic and career guidance to nursing students. Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations. Support students in preparing for competitive exams and professional certifications. Clinical Training & Supervision Coordinate clinical postings and ensure students gain hands-on experience in hospital settings. Supervise students during internships and community health programs. Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare institutions for training partnerships. Research & Professional Development Conduct research, publish academic papers, and participate in conferences. Stay updated with advancements in the nursing profession and incorporate them into teaching. Engage in faculty development programs and continuous learning. Administrative & Institutional Contributions Participate in curriculum planning, academic committees, and institutional development activities. Assist in accreditation processes and compliance with regulatory bodies. Organize seminars, workshops, and awareness programs. Ethical & Professional Conduct Uphold the highest standards of nursing ethics and professional behavior. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: kANKARBAGH , PATNA , Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 10 years (Preferred)
