As a member of the Professional Services team at PowerSchool, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation of SaaS solutions for clients, ensuring successful project delivery within the agreed scope, time, and budget. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation of SaaS solutions for clients, from requirements gathering to deployment - Providing expert advice to clients on how PowerSchool software can address their specific needs - Managing timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation - Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients, offering ongoing support and guidance - Collaborating with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on product features - Developing strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle - Troubleshooting and resolving issues during the implementation process - Identifying opportunities for upselling additional services and products - Participating in post-implementation reviews to assess project success and gather client feedback Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or implementation - Strong technical skills in system configuration, software customization, and integration - Project management experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and software implementation best practices - Self-starter with a high level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills - Customer-centric mindset PowerSchool is a global leader in cloud-based software for Higher Education, Talent, and K-12 education, committed to empowering personalized education for students worldwide.
