Job Title Professional, Quality Assurance Engineering Job Posting Title: QA Automation Engineer What does a successful EMV L3 Certification and Automation Engineer do at Fiserv You will be part of a team of professionals who excel in delivering world-class solutions in compliance and automation within the financial services sector. Your involvement will include ensuring that systems and processes meet EMV L3 certification standards, as well as designing, developing, and supporting automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will require collaboration with various teams to provide comprehensive solutions that meet client needs, ultimately contributing to client success and fostering additional business opportunities. What you will do: Prepare technical designs and documentation to meet EMV L3 certification requirements. Collaborate with development, operations, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to EMV L3 standards. Develop and implement automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium and Cucumber. Participate in the design and execution of test plans for unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing. Conduct technical walkthroughs with stakeholders to review certification processes and procedures. Support system testing efforts, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues encountered. Utilize programming skills in Python or Java to develop automation scripts and processes. Manage change requests related to certification and automation, ensuring timely implementation and closure. Provide regular project status updates to project managers and stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to EMV L3 certification and automation. Ensure compliance with ISO 8583 and UMF specifications, assisting in the implementation and testing of these standards in payment processing systems. Demonstrate knowledge of APIs, including integration, testing, and troubleshooting. What you will need to have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in EMV L3 certification processes and automation engineering. Strong knowledge of relevant compliance standards and frameworks, including PCI DSS, ISO 8583, and UMF specifications. Proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python or Java. Experience in automation framework development, including tools like Selenium and Cucumber. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and implementation using relevant tools. Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. Knowledge of APIs and experience with integration, testing, and troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to produce high-quality documentation and technical specifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams. What would be great to have: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
