Job Title: Production Worker – Sterile Formulation (Pharmaceuticals)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Fresher Production Worker to join our Sterile Formulation team in a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at Tambaram MEPZ. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of pharmaceutical production, sterile/aseptic processes, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role involves assisting in sterile product preparation, maintaining cleanroom hygiene, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulation and aseptic preparation of sterile pharmaceutical products under supervision.
• Support cleanroom operations, including cleaning, sanitization, and equipment setup.
• Learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Help with filling, sealing, and packaging of sterile products.
• Maintain proper documentation for all assigned activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality protocols at all times.
• Participate in training programs to gain hands-on experience in sterile manufacturing operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Pharm or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
• Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of sterile manufacturing and cleanroom procedures is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and controlled (cleanroom) environments.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Internship or project experience in sterile/aseptic processing.
• Familiarity with GMP and pharma production processes.
